Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Merchant of Record & Billing Overview

RedVain (redvain.com) is operated by FINISPAN. All payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and recurring subscription processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• 7-Day Free Trial: RedVain offers an optional 7-day free trial period for new clinics to test and evaluate the automated appointment system without upfront financial commitment.
• Subscription Plans: Following the trial period (or upon direct checkout where applicable), access to RedVain is provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) as selected during checkout.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing / Subscription section of your doctor dashboard.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will remain fully active with all features accessible until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be billed after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy & Eligibility

Because RedVain provides a 7-day evaluation period allowing users to test the software prior to payment, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed.

However, refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Verified Technical Disruption: A major technical failure or service outage originating directly from RedVain that prevents clinic scheduling for more than 72 consecutive hours.
• Duplicate Billing: Accidental duplicate charges caused by payment gateway processing errors.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method used at checkout within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Billing Support & Disputes

If you notice an unexpected charge or have questions about your invoice, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
