1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Entity

By accessing or using RedVain (redvain.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. RedVain is owned and operated by FINISPAN (مؤسسة ذات الشخص الوحيد و ذات المسؤولية المحدودة فينسيان).

2. Service Description & Medical Disclaimer

RedVain provides healthcare practices and individual physicians with automated appointment scheduling, queue management displays, and messaging integration via Meta's WhatsApp Business API.

• Administrative Tool Only: RedVain is strictly an administrative workflow and scheduling tool. RedVain does NOT provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, triage, or emergency health services. Doctors and clinics remain sole custodians of medical decisions and care.

3. Subscription, Billing & Merchant of Record

• Merchant of Record: All financial transactions, recurring SaaS subscriptions, invoice generation, tax compliance, and payment processing are managed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record.
• Free Trial & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial (or upon paid checkout if no trial applies), active plans auto-renew on a recurring billing cycle (monthly/annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date via the billing dashboard.
• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time within the dashboard settings. Service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Account Ownership & WhatsApp Policy Compliance

Each account on RedVain is managed by a verified medical practitioner or clinic administrator.

• Security: Account owners are responsible for maintaining credentials security.
• Meta Policies: Users must strictly comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies. RedVain prohibits sending unsolicited marketing bulk spam, harassment, or non-compliant medical messaging through the platform.
• Meta Conversation Fees: Meta's WhatsApp Business API includes a free allowance of 1,000 service conversations per calendar month. Any conversation fees Meta charges beyond that free allowance are billed by Meta directly to the clinic's own Meta Business account and are the sole financial responsibility of the clinic/doctor — RedVain does not bill, collect, or reimburse these fees on any user's behalf.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Limitation of Liability

RedVain relies on third-party infrastructure to deliver service functionality, including Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), Anthropic (Claude API), Supabase (Cloud Database), and Lemon Squeezy.

• Outages & Delays: FINISPAN shall not be held liable for temporary service disruptions, message delivery failures, or downtime directly caused by third-party vendor outages or network issues.
• Meta Account Restrictions: FINISPAN and RedVain are not liable for messaging service interruptions, delivery blockages, or account restrictions caused by an unpaid Meta account balance, Meta rate limits, or Meta's own policy enforcement on the clinic/doctor's Meta Business account. Maintaining that account in good standing with Meta is the clinic/doctor's sole responsibility.

6. Termination & Contact

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse system messaging, or engage in fraudulent activities.
